“2014年多相流速度浓度测量技术高级研讨会”由杏福娱乐和上海积鼎信息科技有限公司联合举办，并邀请到瑞士MSE Meili公司的总裁Dr. Reto T. Meili。Dr. Meili致力于研究气固🧓🏼👱🏽‍♀️、液固等多相流系统的测量技术超过20年🦸‍♀️，其开发的颗粒速度浓度测量仪器Labasys被广泛应用于流化床👨🏿‍🔧、旋风分离器等多相流系统的在线监测🔋👾，在气液固三相系统如鼓泡床、浆态床上也逐步开展颗粒🪷、气泡的速度浓度测量研究。研讨会将对多相流测量技术的发展进行探讨，并分享基于激光反向散射技术的Labasys测量设备的成功应用案例。杏福娱乐作为国内首家采购Labasys设备的单位🤪，将为与会人员提供设备的参观并演示设备的应用。

2.8. 1964 Born in Lausanne (Switzerland).

1986 - 1990 Studies & diploma in process engineering as 'Dipl. Ing.' at Swiss Federal Insti-tute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich.

1991 – 1995 After 6 months stage at Du Pont ('PARSAT' Group, USA) PhD studies at Insti-tute of Process Engineering (IPE, ETH Zurich) in the group of Prof. Dr. Reh in the area of gas-/solids processing: handling, fluid dynamics and measuring techniques for gas/solid systems.

1996 Winner of 'Technologie Standort Schweiz' award for innovative measuring system (joint with IPE of ETH).

1996 – now Incorporation of MSE Meili Ltd. as founder and owner: Advancement of Labasys® measuring systems for industrial applications with regard to mechanics, optics, electronics, software, CE- & Ex-certifications, patents, doc-umentation including various studies for customers as Henkel, Niro, University of Alberta, BASF, Shell Global Solutions, Alstom Power, Total etc.; author of many scientific (confidential) reports and presentations, but few publications.

2007 – 2008 Diploma program for technology entrepreneurs (TU-HSG, part time) at Univer-sity of St. Gallen, Executive School of Management, Technology & Law.

since 2008 Establishment as approved vendor for 'Bulk Flow' velocity meters for LyondellBasell's industrial Spherizone Polyropylene process with newly devel-oped instrument sold and in successful operation in plants in Germany, Italy, Korea, Saudi Arabia etc.
